Notes

It all begins in the vineyard. Barren gravel soil, old vines, plenty of peace and quiet.  Pinot Blanc and Welschriesling bring together what characterizes this landscape: freshness, expansiveness, and movement. Lake Neusiedl is always noticeable.  Harvested by hand, selected, and processed by variety. Gently trodden by foot. Spontaneous fermentation. Six months on the fine lees, then blended and left to rest in stainless steel tanks.  A wine with lightness and depth. Lively, clear, open. A sip of landscape.
